Call List
Update
In order to help us at serve you
better, contact us directly or call
Counterforce directly utilizing the toll
free number (1-800-387-4641) to provide us
with any new information or changes to
your account. Please keep us informed of:

New phone numbers for your premise
and for the individuals on your call
list.
-
Names and passwords of those who are
authorized to make changes to your
account.
-
Additions to your list of authorized
users of your alarm system.
-
Temporary call lists if someone on
your original call list is away or on
holidays.
-
Deletions to your list of authorized
users.
Please give all new users thorough
instructions on how to arm and disarm your
alarm system. Each authorized user must
know his or her confidential password and
the Counterforce phone number so that
he/she can call to cancel a false alarm.
If someone is to be deleted from your
list, please be sure to inform
Counterforce and also to remove his or her
user code from the alarm panel. If you
need assistance, please call your
Counterforce Dealer.
